我以為南美洲的女孩們都愛穿這種小件比基尼，所以自然而然地帶了我的巴西式比基尼來厄瓜多爾。
殊不知厄瓜多爾的女孩們很保守，甚至都穿連身泳裝。只有我從巴西來，習慣布料少少。
所以第一天在薩利納斯的公共海灘上，我根本不敢脫掉T恤，盡情曬太陽；只有第二天在度假公寓前的小海灣，沒有太多遊客時，才露出巴西真性情。

The true story of my mistake was that I did bring a bikini but I bought a wrong one.
I thought girls in South America all wear small bikinis like Brazilians, but actually swimwear in Ecuador is quite large and conservative.
I dared not to take off my T-shirt on the first day when we visited the crowded public beach; only on the second day at the small bay in front of our holiday apartment, while few tourists around, the real Brazilian style was eventually shown.
